Ok so I just saw the movie Avatar on Friday and i have played the game that was made after the movie. Let's face it movie games suck. But this is one excpetion to that rule. I love this game! It has great graphics and the gameplay is smooth. The controls are easy to learn and the game isn't to hard. All in all this is a game to buy and a movie to see.

How many of us love cool ringtones? Well if you go to http://www.tube2tone.com/ then you can take youtube videos and record 40 second intervals and create ringtones with them! I have already created like 15. Some youtube videos are invalid but those are a small issue.

VGA News: Halo Reach

If you have ever read the books that the game Halo was made after then you know what this game is most likely about. The first book titled "Halo: The Fall of Reach." The preview video shows a Pelican arriving at what looks to be a spartan HQ. You see a spartan who may resemble Master Cheif enter a building. There are other spartans inside and it the leager says, "A Spartan can never die just become missing". Hinting that they may be going on some kind of a rescue mission. They board leave and board another Pelican and fly away into the distance. This is probably going to tell the story of the fall of Reach and how Master Cheif becomes the last spartan.

Uncharted 2 is Game of the Year According to Spike's VGA Awards

The VGA awards on Spike TV gave the game of the year award to Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Many great games were nominated for this big honor. Some are Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Assassians Creed 2. More coverage on what happened later this week.

Naruto Shippuden Edit

This is an edit to the review on Naruto Shippuden. This is still an amazing game although my only complaint is Deidara. He has a huge arsenal of cheap moves and if you can get a win on him without taking any damage then congraulations!

This game is one of my favorites in the Naruto line. Being Shippuden all the new characters from the TV show are in here. As well as a costume change for Naruto, Choji, Sakura, Sauske, and many more. This game proves to be a well concived sequal to the Naruto line of games. I hope you enjoyed this game as much as I did.

Some say that Long time Zelda players will not be right at home with this game. It may challenge the best of them to solve the puzzles. All I can say right now is that this game may be leaving some of the best Zelda gamers in tears because they cannot solve a puzzle.

Metroid Prime 3

I have recently picked up a copy of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. This is an amazing game for the Wii. The graphics are among the best I have ever seen on the Wii! As good as the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess! The controls are very easy to use and the control is very strong. Only complaints are the bosses. As amazing as the fights are the boss battles draw on for a little bit longer than i think they should. it took me 5 minuites to beat the main boss of the second planet you go to! All in all this is definitly a great pick for the Wii.

The news is in. According to a Beta-Tester for the new Nazi Zombie map it looks to be much better than Der Reise. It will have all new perks such as Vodka Breath and Barter. Not sure what Vodka Breath does but i do know what Barter does. If you know the meaning of the word then you probably know close to what it does. It "barters" and cuts all the price items on the map in half! The stage is set to be in Area 51 once again. There will also be a new feature that allows you to upgrade your weapons twice! Not sure of any gun changes but it looks promising. More news when I get it.

Rumors that a Spore Creatures movie being cultivated by Fox were confirmed! The creatros of Ice Age have decided to release to the public on Variety that the rumors of the Spore movie are true. Previews show that the charcters are going to be digital like Ice Age, and will have basically the same look to them as the characters in the most recent Ice Age movie.

Wizard 101

Wizard 101 (despite the childish commercial) is a great and fun game. It is an online game and requires a download to run it. The game is about a young wizard (you) who is journying through several worlds to defeat the main protagnist Malistaire. The gameplay is like a pokemon game. One person attacks then the other attacks ect. To attack you choose a card and select the enemy/friend you wish to direct the spell at. Some spells are spells that power up attack spells such as fireblade which powers up the next fire spell used by the person it was directed at is boosted by 35%. The attack battle field also consists of using and conserving pips. Pips are the units that are used to cast spells. more powerful spells take more pips. A pip is rewarded after every turn. If you get lucky you will get a power pip. Which counts as 2 pips twoard the school you are enrolled in. The schools are detrimined by a short quiz at the begining of the game. you get to pick clothes colors and gender. The schools are Fire, Ice, Death, Storm, Life, Myth, and Balance. In the game you will fight battles to do quests to gain experience. (exp)
This exp is used to level up resulting in more health and mana. Also the higher level you are the cooler more powerful spells you can earn. As of right now level 50 is the highest level. There has been rumor that the max level is going up to 75 but that has not yet been confirmed. Each school has it's own perks or diversity. Such as the Fire school's spells are more slow steady damage over three turns or more. Life is more about healing. Life students get the ability to heal using powerful spells to aid allies. Mana is used to cast spells s well. Although it is different than pips. Mana is like health it is stored and is depleated only by using spells that cost pips. The number of pips a spell uses that amount of mana is used as well. Mana is easily restored as well as health by collecting the blue (mana) wisps and the red (health) wisps. Not all spells work everytime. fire spells work only 75% of the time. It displayes this information on the card that you use to cast spells. You may train for mutiple schools but only fire students can learn certain fire spells. You can also take advantage of the potions. Potions instantly restore all health and mana. Use them wisely! The many people that play Wizard 101 can talk to you using the text chat or menu chat feature. Make friends and get help on hard quests. The censor on text chat is superb and no bad words are able to be used. The game is family friendly and is free. Of course to acess the more advanced places you need to subcribe (become a member) or buy crowns. Crowns are used to purchase new areas. Overall Wizard 101 is a great game and look foward to getting more information on this game in the future!

Halo 3 O.D.S.T

Halo 3 ODST will be the biggest new Halo game yet! It takes place just after Halo 2 when the factory blows up. All ODSTs were thought to be lost but some were alive! The begining starts just after the explosion where some ODSTs are trying to find each other. Although some of the Covenant forces have come back to scan the area foe any survivors. A new twist on the game is that there is no regenerating shields! You are now required now to find health packs to get health, so watch your back! The ODSTs also have a cool heat sensors visor so you can see all heat sensors. This will surely be the biggest new Halo game so far!

New Zelda Game!

At the E3 gaming expo this year the staff of Nintendo announced the new Zelda game for wii was coming out sometime in 2011 or 2012! The Zelda game will be for wii, Nintendo only released an illustration for the new game. I have put the pic at the beginning of this post! The girl behind the Link has a pointy head and a diamond on her chest. Also her waistline looks like the hilt of a sword so she will play a major role in the upcoming game. I am so exicted that a Zelda game for wii has been announced! More info as it is released!

If you are a fan of the legend of Zelda then just try looking around and taking in everything around you if you get stuck. A game like that takes time. Go through some of the tougher dungeons more than once to get everything there is to get.

This game got ten stars for a reason. It has great gameplay, smooth mechanics, easy to use controls, and it's not too hard. The main factors of a game as the maker of this game quoted a game should be 80% tasks and 20% free roam (unlockables, hidden items, etc.). The controls are very easy to learn. The game has a great way of becoming more difficult at the perfect rate. so as you get more used to the controls it gets a little more difficult. Overall this is my favorite game.

Halo 3 Ideas

All who play Halo and want to make their custom games more fun! Playing and beating the Carrer mode can unlock cool armors! Also expirament with the game settings on your favorite maps! By pressing X on the map loading screen on custom games you can change the game stats! Try adding grenade regineration and 3x overshields with magnum as the primary weapon! It makes it to where you need to stick someone to get a kill! It is a fun and addicting game! Have Fun!

Wow this is one of the greatest Shoot-em-up games ever! The great graphics and smooth play make for a great game. The online part of the game is great the customizable armor was a great idea! The Carrer mode is exciting and has a good storyline that is easy to follow. The map modifier (Forge) is great and makes the game much better. This is one great game!
